❀ Payment and Prices ❀

  • Payment through PayPal only in USD.
  • Upon acceptance of a commission, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer.
  • Commissions that are $20 and under are to be paid up front. Anything over $20 can be separated into two payments of 50% each, (before work begins, and after final work is approved.)
  • In the end, feel free to negotiate with me. My prices are mainly there for guidelines, and I can be persuaded to work within your budget–I’m not a monster! Talk with me and let’s see if we can’t make a deal!

❀ Process ❀

  • Commissions will be taken on first come, first serve, unless a rush order is asked for.
  • Communication in regards to commissions will take place through any of these: Discord, Twitter (X,) or Email.
  • Each stage, (Sketch, Line, and Color) will be watermarked and sent for approval and for any minor changes needed.

❀ Changes ❀

  • If large changes are required, (examples: Full hair style change, large amounts of an outfit, an entire pose change, etc,) a fee may be issued.
  • The amount is entirely dependent on how far into the process I have made into the piece before changes were asked for. The fee will be 25% of what that particular stage would cost.
    • For instance, changes to the scope of work BEFORE work has begun will incur NO fee, BUT…
    • …if you approve of the Sketch stage of a Full Body piece ($35,) but you require a large change after I have already begun working on the Line Art stage, 25% of the Sketch stage ($8.75,) may be issued before continuing. OR…
    • …if you approve of the Flat Color stage of a Full Body piece, ($90,) but you require a large change after I have already begun working on the Shading stage, 25% of the Flat Color stage ($22.50,) may be issued before continuing.
    • I believe that adding a flat fee for all stages of work doesn’t make much sense, as it depends on how much work is already done and will then need to be UN-DONE that makes the difference. I feel that scaling it this way makes it the most fair.

❀ Refunds ❀

  • If the job has not yet been started, a full refund can be issued.
  • If the job has been approved through at least one stage, but not yet completed, 75% can be refunded.
  • If the job has been completely finished but not yet completely approved, (as in, the last stage has a watermark,) 50% can be refunded.
  • If the job has been completely finished and accepted, and the watermark has been removed, no refund will be given.

❀ Technical Stuff ❀

  • File dimensions will be at 300DPI. Once complete, you can choose to have your raw file in CSP or PSD.
  • Emote File dimensions will be 112 x 112, 56 x 56, and 28 x 28.
  • Vroid Files will come in the form of a “.vroid” that can be edited in Vroid Studio AND a “.vrm” file that can be used in multiple platforms, (such as VSeeFace.)
